Custom Letter Content Guidelines

It is at the sole discretion of each celebrity whether they will sign a custom letter. Please keep this in mind while you are composing the letter. Keep the letter short. You are limited to 4000 characters or less (including spaces and punctuation).

Please Do:

1. Address the letter to yourself or to a friend or relative.
2. Include personal knowledge about yourself or the event... For example: "Happy birthday Doris... I hope your 25th birthday is wild!..."

Please Don't:

1. Letters should not contain endorsements of products, ideas, or businesses.
2. Letters should not contain lewd or indecent statements.

Order Fulfillment Policy information

Orders for stock items will be filled as soon as possible. A charge hold for the amount of the order will be placed on your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

Orders for custom handwritten letters or cards can take several weeks (so it's a good idea to plan ahead). The exact amount of time cannot be guaranteed since the item has to be sent to the celebrity who will write and sign the item and return it to us. Since this is a custom item, the entire cost for the item will be charged on your credit card at the time your order is placed. If the celebrity fails to write the letter or card for whatever reason, the full amount of the purchase will be credited back to your credit card. Refund checks will not be issued.

Privacy Policy information

The information collected by Celebrity Solutions Inc. is information typed into a contact or order form web page. Celebrity Solutions Inc. does not use any passive or invisible means of collecting information. We do not secretly collect e-mail addresses or other information. If you did not physically type in the information, we will not receive it.

Celebrity Solutions Inc. Customers Privacy Policy: Celebrity Solutions Inc. does not sell or distribute it's customer information to any company or organization. You will never be placed on any non Celebrity Solutions Inc. mailing list from any information you have provided to Celebrity Solutions Inc.. Celebrity Solutions Inc. will make every effort to hold in complete confidence all information you provide. Information will only be release in response to court orders or requests from law enforcement agencies.

Customer Information that is provided to Celebrity Solutions Inc. will be used to (a) process your order. (b) Enroll you in a Celebrity Solutions Inc. notification e-mailing list which will provide notifications of service related information. This e-mailing list can be unsubscribe from at any time by responding to the e-mailing.

Disclosure and Corrections: Upon written or e-mailed request, any customer or business client may request a review of on-line information pertaining to that customer or client. Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Celebrity Solutions Inc. has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all the information we collect.

On-Line Credit Card Transactions: On-line transactions which require entry of Credit Card information use Celebrity Solutions Inc.'s SendSafe E-Commerce product for security. Your credit card information is protected through the use of advanced encryption technology. The only people who will have access to your credit card information are authorized Celebrity Solutions Inc. employees and the employees of the Merchant Bank that is processing the transaction. All Credit Card transactions are processed by CyberCash.

Celebrity Solutions Terms & Conditions

1. Celebrities will be paid a commission for all sales of items they have signed.
2. Referral commissions are paid to individuals who refer a celebrity who then signs up with this service. Please note that referral will only be paid if the signing celebrity informs Celebrity Solutions that he was referred and by whom.
3. Every 30 days a report of sales and commission checks will be issued.

Celebrity Sign up Arrangements

1. A schedule must be provided to Celebrity Solutions of when a celebrity will be available to sign letters.
2. The schedule can be changed by the celebrity with 5 days notice via e-mail or letter.
3. Letters will be sent to the celebrity for review and signing.
4. A prepaid return shipper will be provided with each package of letters.
5. It is always at the sole discretion of a celebrity whether to sign a custom (personalized) letter.
